Making Lifestyle Choices
Like many I never saw my daily decision as part of my over all lifestyle choice. But, each decision from any number of categories every day contributes to my overall lifestyle whether it is:
- The simple choice of who I spent time with and how much time I spend with them.
- Whether I eat regular balanced meals at scheduled times
- How I focus my attention with my spare time.
- What exercise I choose to take on throughout the week
- The habit of goal setting and evaluation
